At Vitaly, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original Vitaly pouch or box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
